2017 was the founding year of the band. A group of university music students wanted to learn how to play Latin music. Hence, Asoke Latino was born.
Akaraporn Sanprasit (Cheer) who is also the band leader, put the group together. He is also the “Timbale” player for the group. While studying at the university in the morning, he was also playing music professionally at night. Gathering information and experience.
Cheer learned how to play Latin music by playing with musicians from Cuba. And also with musicians who had real knowledge about Latin music. He then continued to share his knowledge with his friends at the university.
Asoke Latino is a group with eight members. However, they can also be split up into different formats. For example, as a trio or a four to a seven-piece band. Being able to split up into different formats and still offer top-quality music makes them unique.

The members of the group have changed over time. However, changes are for the better. Everyone, except for Adolfo and Billy is a Thai musician. Adolfo is from Cuba while Billy is from the Philippines.
